All our Puddings are hand-made on the premises, by a dedicated butcher, using our traditional, family recipes. Each sleeve of pudding produces 24 slices.
We produce 3 types of pudding every day – Black Pudding, Fruit Pudding and Haggis. Our delicious puddings are ideal as an accompaniment to any meal – with a cooked breakfast, on a roll for lunch, and with mash and vegetables for dinner.
There’s no better way to celebrate St Andrew’s day or Burn’s Night than sitting down with a hearty plateful of our Haggis, with neaps and tatties!
