All our Lorne Sausages are hand-made on the premises, in our extra large Lorne Pan: 5lb + in weight, which produces 32 slices per block.
We produce 5 different flavours of Lorne every day – Steak, Beef, Savoury, Tomato and our Extra Lean, Reduced Fat Steak one. Our versatile flavoured sausages are delicious with any meal – a hearty breakfast, on a roll for lunch, and with mash and gravy for dinner.
All our Lorne sausages are produced from hand selected, grass fed, farm reared beef.
We also produce Round Slice Sausages – in Pork, Steak and Tomato flavours. Perfect for burger buns – for Saturday nights in front of the TV or for BBQ’s in the summer time. Ideally suited for little hands to hold.
Our Link Sausages are produced daily, in Beef, Steak and Pork and we make our Extra Lean/Reduced Fat Links every Friday and Saturday. This product is ideally suited for the breakfast plate, in stews and casseroles and especially delicious is a hearty pot of Stovies.
We also produce daily our Speciality Link Sausages – in BBQ, Italian, Extra Lean low salt sweet chilli, Beef with Caramelised Onion and Smokey flavours. These sausages make a delicious addition to a stir fry or pasta dish all year round, and a tasty alternative at a summer BBQ.
All our Round Slice Sausages and Link Sausages are produced from hand selected, grass fed, farm reared beef.
Our produce is fresh, local and traceable. Walter Dandie & Sons provide our Beef. We have two main pig suppliers, direct from the farm – Robert Powell and Robertson’s of Ardrossan.
